About Daniel Frankel
MSc.(PT), BSc.Kin

I have spent my professional career working with thousands of clients aged 3-85 at all recreational and competitive levels to help in their pursuit of health & fitness endeavours, across 3 main realms:
As a physiotherapist, I assess help manage acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions using evidence-based principles of rehabilitation. I spend my time working with individuals in-clinic as well as during sporting events (i.e. accompanying athletes to training and competitions). I have vested interests in orthopedics & sports medicine, concussion rehabilitation, and in the role of exercise as a key component to mental health care.
As a strength & conditioning coach, I work with clients looking to achieve performance-based goals that require attention to strength, endurance, stamina, coordination, and mobility. My aim is to determine and strengthen any weak links in the chain, whether you are a seasoned athlete or a complete beginner to health & fitness.
As an educator, I address change at a higher level – By working with organizations to ensure their coaches have adequate communication and observation skills, so their clients can focus on moving well and performing even better.
Becoming strong and injury-free can feel overwhelming, especially when you’re unsure of the right path.
With 15 years of experience guiding over 2,000 people to move better, get stronger, and recover from injuries & pain, I’ll be by your side every step of the way to help you reach your full potential.
